Terms of Service

By using our application, Flowlancerr (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service. We may modify the Terms at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting.

To use most features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

Our Service is offered under different subscription plans ("Plans"), including a free plan and paid plans with additional features and higher usage limits. By selecting a paid Plan, you agree to pay the subscription fees.

• Payments: All payments are processed through our third-party payment processor, Stripe. By providing a payment method, you agree to their terms of service. We do not store your payment card details.
• Billing Cycle: Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly). Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel.
• Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. If you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which your account will be downgraded to the Free plan.
• Refunds: Fees are generally non-refundable. However, we may provide refunds at our sole discretion for unused portions of annual subscriptions.
• Fee Changes: We reserve the right to change our subscription fees with 30 days' prior notice.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal activities or to violate any laws
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
• Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code
• Collect or store personal data about other users without permission
• Use the Service to spam, harass, or harm others

Our Service includes various features to help freelancers manage their business, including but not limited to:

• AI Assistant (Flow): An automated chat interface that performs actions (drafting proposals, creating records) based on user prompts. Users are responsible for verifying accuracy of AI-generated content.
• Notes Feature: Create, edit, and organize personal notes with rich text formatting and tagging. Notes are private and only accessible to you.
• Todo Management: Organize tasks with our intuitive Kanban board system. Set priorities, due dates, and track progress through different status columns.
• Meeting Scheduler: Available on Growth and Business plans, this feature allows clients to book meetings directly with you. You control your availability and meeting preferences.
• Client Management: Store and manage client information and project details.
• Time Tracking: Track time spent on projects and generate reports.
• Invoicing: Create and send professional invoices to clients.
• Project Management: Organize and track project progress and milestones.
• Expense Tracking: Monitor business expenses and categorize them for better financial management.

Feature availability may vary based on your subscription plan. We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove features with reasonable notice.

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service, including notes, client information, project data, and meeting records. We will not access, use, or disclose your data except as necessary to provide the Service or as required by law.

For the Meeting Scheduler feature, we may process meeting-related data (dates, times, participant information) to facilitate scheduling and send notifications. This data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Flowlancerr and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you create using the Service, including notes, project data, and client communications. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to use your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

We strive to maintain high availability of our Service, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned downtime.

Meeting scheduling and note synchronization may be affected during service interruptions. We recommend keeping local backups of important notes and being flexible with meeting scheduling during maintenance windows.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flowlancerr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. This includes but is not limited to missed meetings, lost notes, or data synchronization issues.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to access and use the Service will cease, and we may delete your account and data (including notes and meeting history) after a reasonable period. We recommend exporting your data before termination.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
