Meeting Data: If you use our Meeting Scheduler feature (available on Growth and Business plans), we collect meeting-related information including appointment times, participant details, and meeting preferences to facilitate scheduling and send notifications.

Usage Information: We automatically collect information about how you interact with our Service, including pages visited, features used, and time spent on the platform.

AI Assistant Data Usage

Flowlancerr uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) to provide enhanced productivity features. Regarding AI data usage:

  • Contextual Processing: When using the AI Assistant ("Flow"), relevant data snippets (Project Names, Client Names, Stats) and recent conversation history are processed to provide accurate and context-aware answers.
  • No Training: Your business data is NOT used to train public AI models. It is processed transiently for the sole purpose of generating your response.
  • Data Isolation: AI operations are strictly scoped to your user authenticated session. The AI cannot access data belonging to other users.
  • Live Note Generation: When using AI features in Notes (Generate, Improve, Shorten), your note content is processed securely to generate the requested output in real-time.

Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. This includes:

  • Account and Business Data: Retained while your account is active
  • Notes and Todos: Stored indefinitely while your account is active; automatically deleted upon account closure
  • Meeting Records: Historical meeting data retained for business records; future meetings cancelled upon account deletion

After account deletion, we will permanently remove your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

International Users

Flowlancerr is operated from the United States. If you are accessing the Service from outside the US, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where our servers are located.

Children's Privacy

Our Service is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.
