About the Role
Flowlancerr is a fast-growing all-in-one freelance management platform. We help freelancers, consultants, and small agencies manage their clients, projects, invoices, time, and proposals - all from one dashboard.
We're looking for a Lead Generator who is passionate about connecting the right people with the right tools. Your job is simple: find freelancers and consultants who would benefit from Flowlancerr and introduce them to our platform.
This is a fully performance-based role. You earn 50% of every subscription you generate - the more results you deliver, the more you earn.
Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to potential customers (freelancers, agencies, consultants) via LinkedIn, forums, communities, and direct outreach.
- Communicate Flowlancerr's core value proposition and guide prospects toward signup.
- Build relationships with freelance communities, Facebook groups, Reddit threads, and niche forums.
- Track your own outreach activity and share weekly progress updates with the team.
- Provide feedback on what messaging resonates best with potential users.
- Experiment with creative lead generation channels and report what works.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience in lead generation, SDR, sales, or digital marketing.
- Strong written communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with freelance culture, communities, and platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven - you own your pipeline.
- Ability to work independently on a fully remote, flexible schedule.
- Basic understanding of SaaS products and subscription models is a plus.
